What are Nigeria’s achievements when it comes to implementing the Global Compact principles and ‘meeting needs and supporting communities’?
This new booklet, produced jointly by the Government of Nigeria and UNHCR, gives a snapshot of the protection environment and the situation of refugees and their hosts in Nigeria.
It points to accomplishments and opportunities in advancing the inclusion agenda in Nigeria. Covering the legal framework, identification, education, health and self-reliance, it speaks to the four pledges Nigeria made at the Global Refugee Forum in 2019.
