Japan Engages in the Third-Country Resettlement of Refugees

The video was produced in September 2024 with the aim of promoting Japan’s resettlement program both domestically and internationally. It has been translated into languages such as Burmese and is targeted at refugees who are expected to benefit from Japan’s resettlement program. In addition, since it is also intended for Japanese stakeholders involved in employment and integration support, a Japanese version has been made publicly available.

In the spirit of responsibility-sharing and a multi-stakeholder approach in the implementation of the Global Compact on Refugees, the content included in the Digital Space for the GRF Progress Review 2025 is submitted by States and other stakeholders themselves.
