Sports Without Borders

Away from the meeting rooms of Palexpo, refugees and migrants living in Geneva met up with refugees attending the Global Refugee Forum for a variety of sporting activities.

These activities, hosted by the International School of Geneva, enabled participants to fraternize during basketball, volleyball and futsal matches, as well as a zumba class.

These activities were organized by two Geneva-based associations, Association Pervenches and Flag21, which also train refugee sports coaches and organize sports activities for refugees and migrants living in the city.
